Agreement

Once payment is made, this contract is valid.  Everything will be done according to the rules of this contract.  

This is the agreement for the creative writing classes in group A from 8:00 a.m. - to 4:00 p.m.  If refunds are requested before the start date of the creative writing classes, there is only a $25.00 registration fee against the $299.00 amount paid.  Once the creative writing classes has begun before the 7th day or on the 7th day, if refunds are requested only a $50.00 administrative charge will be deducted from the $299.00 or creative writing class.  After the 7th day, no refunds will be issued and no credits will be applied to future creative writing classes under no circumstances.  If refunds are requested, refunds will be issued 30 days later. 

This is the agreement for the creative writing classes in group B from 6:00 p.m. - to 10:00 p.m.  If refunds are requested before the start date of the creative writing classes, there is only a $25.00 registration fee against the $149.00 amount paid.  Once the creative writing classes has begun before the 7th day or on the 7th day, if refunds are requested only a $50.00 administrative charge will be deducted from the $149.00 or creative writing class.  After the 7th day, no refunds will be issued and no credits will be applied to future creative writing classes under no circumstances.  If refunds are requested, refunds will be issued 30 days later. 

Each participant must speak English.  Classes will be conducted via telephone conferencing calls. Classes can be canceled for lack of appropriate participants. Classes have specific times and dates. Classes are intended for authors to build their careers as writers.  This is done by attuning authors to respecting their business as authors and giving their writing business the attention that it deserves.  In doing so, authors will become disciplined writers, with daily writing habits, self-editing, group critiquing, proofreading other authors works, purchasing books by self-published authors, reading other authors chapters, discussing them with the groups, writing their business plans, writing their book proposals, seeking literary representation, participating in book signings and book readings.  At the expense of each participant, books must be purchase at one of our approved self-publishing company. 

In order for these classes to work out, each participant must commit themselves.  Three absentees and you will be dropped from the class, with no refund due to you.  After the first fifteen minutes, participants are considered late if not on the call by then.  Three tardiness and you will be dropped from the remainder of the class with no refund due to you.  Once you have made a commitment, you can always join another class at a later date.
